DCC wiring progresses at the GMRRC.

The rewiring of our layout for DCC operation has been progressing with work being done 3 out of 4 of our weekly meeting sessions each month since we began the project. So far twisted buss wire sets have been installed underneath LAUPT, Taylor yard, Glendale station and a portion of our interurban line. Drops have been run at LAUPT, making it the first portion of the layout that could be operated with DCC. As work progresses there will be more updates. Other tasks being accomplished during the rewiring process include the refurbishment of many buildings by club members, clean up of the scenery and repairs to areas of the layout that have needed attention for some time.
