Attention Southern California! The Glendale Model Railroad Club is having it's Annual Spring Open House the weekend of May 1st, 2010. It is a great opportunity to come on down and see our wonderfully sceniced HO scale railroad, now celebrating over 60 years in the making! There is no admission charge, ever!- We love to have families, children, and cameras visiting our club. Our operating hours are;

Saturday, May 1st - 10:00am to 4:00pm

Sunday, May 2nd - 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Monday, May 3rd - 7:30pm to 10:00pm

If you love Steam - Diesel - Narrow Gauge - Freight - Passenger - Old - New..

..Then we have it all for you.

Model Railroads of Southern California Tour

Recently we participated in the "Model Railroads of Southern California Tour" hosted by Bob Chaparro. On Saturday, March 20th, the Glendale Model Railroad Club opened its doors to over 60 visitors from all over Southern California and as far away as Houston Texas! We had a wide array of freight and passengers trains running at all times to everyone's enjoyment. Our front aisle viewing area was packed with model train ethusiasts of all ages. From retirees to young children. Many armed with cameras, and happily shooting away.

It was a very rewarding experience for our Club Members and we look forward to participating in this unique tour again in the future.
